Louisville, KY 40209, hosted by the MVPA-HA Board of Directors and volunteers. A large multiuse facility overseen by the Kentucky State Fair Board, the KEC is one of the ten largest facilities of its type in the U.S., with over 1,200,000 square feet of indoor space. The South Wing C, where our convention will be held, is a 162,900 square foot exhibit hall. Over 8000 parking spaces are available for general parking at $15.00 a day. Trailer parking & camping is available on-site.

(IATA:SDF, ICAO: KSDF) is a public airport centrally located in the city of Louisville in Jefferson County, Kentucky. Its IATA airport code is SDF andis based on the airport’s former name, Standiford Field. The Kentucky Air National Guard’s 123rd Airlift Wing operates C-130 transport aircraft from the co-located Louisville Air National Guard Base. National carriers include American Airlines, Delta, United and Southwest . The airport is located across I-264 from the convention site.

suites. The hotel boasts two ballrooms, an executive boardroom and an exhibit hall. The Blue Horse Restaurant and Bar is located in the Crowne Plaza Louisville. Camping & RV Parking: The Kentucky Exposition
Center (KEC) provides RV parking for events held throughout the year. The RV lot offers 20 or 30 amp (50 amp service is offered on a first come first serve basis) electrical service, water, disposal station, rest rooms, and showers. No tents are allowed except for pop-up tents on wheels. GPS address is: KEC, 937 Phillips Lane, Louisville, KY 40209

RV Parking Reservation can be made by calling (502) 367-5380 or https://kyexpo.org/rv-camping/ Payment must be made in full by credit/debit card when the reservation is made. All receipts and reservations are non-transferable. Reservations will be accepted one year in advance. However, reservations should be received at least one month prior to date of actual arrival. Confirmed reservations will be held for the day of arrival only. When you get there, The RV Lot is located in Lot L on the west side of the Kentucky Exposition Center.

When you make your reservation, a confirmation will be emailed to you, or mailed if no email address provided. Present your confirmation form to the gate attendant in the PASS LANE, to waive the parking charge.
